"We stayed for 5 nights and nobody can to change the sheets to the bed or give fresh clean towels. We put the sign at the door and nothing, the front desk was too busy and said they will but they didn’t.
Maybe because of the World Cup they were busy, but they knew was going to be like that and the price we paid was not worth it at all."

"Only one staff member working the front desk with no other employees around to answer any questions or help.
Pull out sofa bed he'd had no sheets or pillows. Had to ask and at least got sheets.
Room was very small and sink for the bathroom was directly in front of the bed.
Pool was having chemicals added during the day so no swimming. (The main reason we picked that hotel) Also wasn't ready by the next morning before checkout.
Will not stay again."

"Only thing was a girl in a see through light pink short sports bra top and staff didn’t make them change. This girl was a minor and should’ve not be seen what you could see. A teen at that and always mugging other kids cause they accidentally splashed her and she would splash back but with rage in her then last night I had to complain cause it was so loud running in walkways or stairs after 11 and continued till later made it hard to sleep. I told security. It continued for another half hour....
