"Absolutely fantastic, a truly wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left , Francesca and her team were absolutely outstanding, the day we arrived at The Castille was my birthday and they really made it extra special and very memorable . "We had an excellent stay at the Le Burgundy (where we stay every time that we are in Paris ) We love the service, the staff, and the convenience of being right in the middle of everything!! My only comment is that this time we had room 505 and on the last two days when we walked into the room, there was a kind of sour smell, like a sewage smell. We forgot to mention it to the front desk because if you turn on the AC it will blow it away and you don't notice. So just FYI"
