"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy).
