"Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise."

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."

"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "

"Was disappointed in my stay having read the reviews before booking. The front door to the building stays open for a few minutes after you enter the code, so anyone on the street can easily just open and close the front door to the hostel as they please, and since there isn’t anyone at the front desk (or wasn’t the entire time we visited) there’s really nothing stopping someone just wandering around the place if they wanted. "The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"Great if you just need a bed and a shower. Needed a deep clean. Affordable but IMO should have been cheaper for the level of standards. Customer service through messaging was good and prompt. All said, I probably would stay there again if money was tight."

"Room was small but cozy. Would’ve liked more coat hangers or somewhere to put our clothes. Potentially Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay (we did 9 nights), but for a weekend getaway where you don’t have a giant suitcase it would be great. The shower was awesome and the heated floors in the bathroom were a game changer. Our upstairs neighbors were making noise all night that was very audible in our room as the floors / walls are pretty thin, but to the properties credit, they provide earplugs"
