"Very comfortable room with a strong internet connection, smart TV, and well-working A/C. A thick, hard, very comfortable mattress to sleep on. Very quiet setting, disturbed one one night only by a loud guest. Close to restaurants, the center, a 15-minute walk from the beach. "

"I would definitely reccomend a stay at Malam Hari. The room was big, airy and had a fresh/boho decor. Everything was really clean and the housekeeping was excellent! The staff were brilliant, i had a couple of questions during my stay and they did everything to help me, and were also so friendly. This was great value and i would stay again. "

"Great spot walking distance to everywhere. Cleaning happens every 2 days in the room. Rooms are a bit dark but it’s perfect to sleep shower and have a safe quiet space to stay."

"This room is terrible! It's just the mosquito's home. I saw a few rats in front of my room, inside of the property also. The cleanliness is poor, they do it only twice a week and even so the toilet trash was overflowing and they don't removed it. The bed and Pillows are terrible too, I never had a good night's sleep during my stay. "A parte da piscina e de convívio é muito boa, o pequeno almoço tem várias opções e são ok por 3 euros. A cama é confortável, os quartos sao bons e tem bastante espaço as guardar as malas. O único senão são as casas de banho que são mistas, estão sujas e pouco cuidados, as pessoas deixam as embalagens de shampoos vazios que não são retiradas, deixam as escovas de dentes e giletes em todo o lado. Acho que o hostel nesse aspeto podia ter uma política mais restrita. "

"Yikes. If you want a comfortable place to sleep that offers security for your belongings, clean bedding, a quiet atmosphere and a cool climate - this is NOT it. It's on me for thinking we would be okay with just a fan, but I had not realized that there are NO doors or windows to the rooms so the single fan on one corner of the room provided zero help in that very hot climate. My husband booked us a room somewhere else within 15 minutes of arriving as we were sweating profusely in the room...

"Good location very close to the beach. However, the rooms are not the cleanest, the sheets were dirty with yellow stains and the walls have marks and even a squished bloody mosquito, the lamp shades are covered in mould because of the humidity. We only stayed for 2 nights so not bad for Canggu, the pool was very nice and bathroom is good, aircon works well. The window looks out on the hallway so you cannot have the blinds open because of privacy. "

"This property needs serious upgrading. It is old and smelly and even with the best efforts of the cleaner it does not present attractive. Apparently, changes are on the way, but until it happens I would book somewhere else."
