"I gave 4 stars because there was no air conditioner instead an electric fan that only allowed us to press to #2. 3 was not working. Also, we could hear the cars, sirens, helicopter & tram. We were at the 4th floor & had a nice view, but when we opened the windows to feel cool, the noise was even louder. The next night was the same, hence I had to take Benadryl and put the earplugs they provided, which helped. Otherwise, the hotel was strategically located, within the old town, where there are...

"Our room was very clean and well maintained. Although small - as are most European hotel rooms - the design was very good. We were thankful that the room had a shower stall and not a bathtub since I am mobility challenged. The bathroom was small as well but, again, well designed. Our room also had air conditioning which is often not available in hotels in or near the Old Town area due to covenants."

"The description was inaccurate. There were 3 apartments sharing bathrooms, kitchen and toilet. The kitchen and toilet were not clean and smelly."

"That place was a dump, the room smelled like an ashtray. No mirror in the bathroom. The corridors and the elevator had garbage in them for two days. No curtains on the windows. The bed was likely from the 50's. The overwhelming smell was so strong we used a full deodorizer spray bottle and it didn't really help. Expedia should be ashamed to be associated with such a place."
