"The restaurant in service were a joke. I understand and not the same type of service as in the US, but literally you have to beg them to come to your table to bring you a drink.. the guy in the morning was also super rude. The hotel was fine, clean no frills. ."

"The only positive remarks I can make about this property is that it is a convenient location to all activities and the desk staff was great.
Now for the negatives: steps were very narrow and difficult to climb (not suitable for any type of handicap); bathroom in the small room was too small to move around and the shower had no barrier on the floor to keep the water from getting all over the whole bathroom floor; towels were not replaced at all in the 5 days we were there including the wet ones...
