"We stayed here for one night before checking into our house in Watercolor. The hotel was great for what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I have no complaints. I think this hotel is a great option for those looking to travel to 30a more affordably. The rooms are spacious but basic, with kitchenettes that would suffice for a week long stay. The location is great! Just a heads up, the lobby and exterior are trendier than the rooms themselves - which isn't a problem at...

"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

"Will not stay here again. The door woukd not close to the front bathroom, condi needs some renovating, no coffee or sugar in the place and communication was-not good either. Lights and plugs not working. TV in main bedroom did not work either.
Too much $$ overall for our 2 night stay in my humble opinion."
