"Really nice chill hotel with amazing staff. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. It's 10 km away from the main town and so it's definitely a quiter place. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. You can also take the 409 bus from the airport which stops right in front of the hotel. "

"I came with my family. Breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was especially good. Especially the variety of cheeses and scrambled eggs made us happy. It's in a very central location in Golden Sands. It's a 10-minute walk from the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop. From the airport, you can take bus 409, which runs every half hour, get off at the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop, and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. "I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! "It locates at the epicenter of the town. It’s very convenient for tourist to have city tour and others. "

"We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."

Ресторан - в соседнем отеле (всё включено ) - приличный, но в час пик может не хватить тарелок и хотелось разнообразия горячего меню. В номере - нет холодильника, можно взять в аренду, но он нам не потребовался! т.к. фрукты (арбузы, дыни. персики сливы и т. д.) в ресторане всегда в неограниченном количестве! Территория - очень зелёная, красивые клумбы. Рядом с отелем нет шума и дискотек!...
