"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"We had a family room with bunk beds for the kids and had an excellent stay. The property is minutes from Cortina, but in a quiet setting with beautiful views. The front desk and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"A shout out to the front desk staff, he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well situated in the lovely village . Great cafes and restaurants . The breakfast selection was good . The only you should be aware of if the road closes from cortina to san Vito at 8:00 PM, the front desk made us aware of that , but we missed the deadline, so we had to do 1hour and half detour to get back to the village . We were 4 km away only . "

"Bon séjour dans un hotel idéalement placé, légèrement en retrait de la route principale. Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre et confortable et avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. Le seul petit bémol : les robes de chambre (et sac serviettes spa) sont récupérées la veille du départ ce qui empeche une dernière soirée cocooning "

"Faça o check in on-line pelo link que o Hotéis envia, se não você chega lá e eles NÃO deixam você fazer presencialmente. Eu não tive problema pois já havia feito mas as pessoas de frente não tinham recebido o email e foram recebidos de forma super rude e boçal pela atendente - uma GROSSA!! O lugar é lindo, de uma paz incrível. No quarto não tinha lençol embaixo da coberta, duvido que lavem a capa de coberta a cada entrada e saída de hóspede. "I loved my stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. The views from the balcony were stunning, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is conveniently close to many great restaurants in town. "Great place to stay for a solo traveler. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for one. Great location, in walking distance to everything. They give you a free bus pass and ticket to the pool. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner for a few."
