"Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had.
Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"

"When I got there they set me up at the 11th floor. Once I got to my room the WiFi had poor connection and no bathroom towels. I called the front desk. What I was told there is no bathroom towels I had to wait after 8pm for some towels. Well I did see housekeeping cleaning a room and I asked them for some towels and they happily gave me some towels....the constant WiFi issues I requested a room change...the front desk did change rooms for me ended up at the fifth floor. From there no television...

"The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel.
