"The property is in a good area and close to many dining and shopping areas. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We arrived early off our cruise and the staff checked us in early which we were very grateful for. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel could do with a little more upkeep especially in the central areas (corridor, elevator, etc). Breakfast was available but we had a early flight. "

"When I check into hotel they couldn't find my reservation. So it took a while to locate my reservation. But I did get my request for room location. The staff was very nice and thank me for staying at the hotel."

"Great hotel and wonderful service! One of the pools is closed due to the building construction/renovation next door but the other pool and splash zone was still open. Would definitely recommend to others and I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."
