"Great hotel although the zone is not interesting (apart from the beach )"

"The hotel still looks great. The room is big and clean. The area around the hotel is safe and convenient."

"I would say the only complaint I had was the breakfast had some fruit flies flying around the stuff that was left out"

"They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication."

"Wow, from the moment we stepped aboard to when we disembarked, Chien and the crew couldn’t be more friendly or helpful, set in the magnificent backdrop of Halong bay, it was a truly unforgettable experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Athena cruises"

"Thank you family and friends at Villa Hanh Phuc I had incredible time enjoying bai chay. The family/host are so wonderful. I was in the pool everyday after long walks, the little kitty and I would hang out to listen to the song birds sing. They offer massage, scooters and information about bai chay and Ha long. Communicating was easy and effortless. The most accommodating feature was the ability to extend my stay another day when I realized I needed more time which I payed them directly. ...

"Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!"

"A good value for money for one night. We just stayed after a tour around the bay. Nice spacious room.Very local breakfast. Small pool. The area is not the best. But it was perfect for our purpose."

"Vi ankom kl. 03, pga. transport fra Ha Giang, og først lukkede de os ikke ind. Derefter blev vi mødt af en mand, som ikke kunne et ord engelsk og vi diskuterede med ham i 30 minutter, for at overbevise ham om, at vi havde bestilt og betalt for et værelse. Han endte med at give op og vi fik et værelse, men ikke den situation man ønskede at stå i midt om natten."
