"The staff were really great especially Darlene at the bar, she made amazing drinks and provided useful tips for getting around. Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own."

"The hotel staff lack of communication amongst each other almost ruined my trip. I paid for a very late check out and they kept harassing me asking when I will be checking out. Knocking on my door twice and at one point coming in unprovoked after not hearing a timely response. (I got up in less than a minute.) Stains were left on sheets, pillows, my bed was dirty. We complained they never came to clean it. If you have your do not disturb sign on your door, expect to be disturbed by the staff who...
