"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....

"The Colombia was very clean but in need of a bit of a re vamp, we had a large bathroom which was great but the bedroom was quite small and dingy but very clean , we were here for 5 nights ,it was ok ,but would hope for a bit bigger and brighter room if we stayed again, staff were all excellent, bar was fine but again very dark ."

"In a nice area but rooms are small and hot in summer. Staff was great and helpful."
