"Parked at this hotel for £20 per day. We were fortunate that spaces were available. Staff were professional and welcoming. The building & original features were great. Basic room and slightly outdated ( but clean & functional bathroom). Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The location was perfect with bus stop literally round the corner & a street away a lovely pub that serves food & breakfast (dog friendly too) Hyde Park is a stones throw away & for the price its a great hotel. "

"Hello. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for public transportation on busses and the underground. Not to far from several places to eat. And enjoying my coffee right across the street at Kensington Gardens was a delight in the morning. Would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here before, several times. It’s a good location; handy for stress-free wandering in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. In the other direction, local shops & restaurants, and Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and Tube connections to everywhere. Staff are all super relaxed, helpful and friendly, which makes me guess it’s a good place to work! Breakfast room is very pleasant, and plenty of choice for breakfast (continental or cooked breakfast.) Room is perfectly fine,...

"Close to tube station in a very walkable area. Fairly central to everything we had planned. We did not take advantage of the amenities on site so no real rating to provide other than they were there. Will be planning our next trip to London with a stay here."

"I was there during the May heat wave. There is no a/c in the rooms, they did provide a fan, but with 90+ degree weather it was unbearable. The hallways were even hotter than the rooms. The lobby was a/c... and they are "trying to get city approvals to install" but, nothing thus far. I asked for ice, and they had one tray in their refrigerator/freezer/ At least install an ice machine! I would definitely stay again, (as I have twice in the past) -- but only in the winter!"

"The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, in a great location close Portobello Market, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Subway is walking distance. The chair in our room was very wobbly and I didn't want to sit in it in case it broke under my weight. TV remote didn't work and TV was less than 32 inches, very small. No air conditioning, but there were 2 fans which kept us cool."
