Bisel Hotel Guide - 3 Stars Hotels in Bisel, Grand Est

We loved it here! It was just meant to be an overnight stop on our way to Italy but we really felt it was part of our holiday. We had a swim in the pool, a meal in a lovely restaurant locally and loved our apartment which was well equipped and spacious-nice breakfast next morning.

Great hotel with great restaurant

Very welcoming staff, lovely clean room with comfy beds. Fantastic generous sized rooms and bathroom. Only downside was noisy air con but during the heatwave I’d rather have a noisy air con than no air con

Very clean hotel. Immaculately kept public spaces. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice. Relaxing friendly location with amenities near by. Easy to find, I would recommend this hotel

Pleasant 2 night stay in a lovely quiet town. Comfortable bed, spacious accommodation. Nice quiet aircon, excellent parking. Top marks for the croissants. I think the communal area would benefit from a water cooler and/or a vending machine, as we were there on a Sunday when everywhere is closed, and it was very hot. This is not a criticism, more an observation.

Such a tranquil place to stay - I barely saw another person during my stay. Will definitely be visiting again!

Basic but did the job!

Great hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast, good A/c and a great location…

The staff were all great, the room was modern, clean and well thought out and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic! I’d definitely stay again if I was in this area.

We had a great room on the top floor with fantastic view. But if you want the hotel's shuttle bus you must pre book it. Otherwise the 50 bus takes you right there - free if you have a hotel booking. We checked in late and checked out late. No problem. Good breakfast.

First time at the Arrow Hotel. Situated in a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very welcoming reception. The room was modern, clean and had the advantage of a kettle and coffee machine as well as an efficient air con unit given how hot it was outside. There is an Lidl less than 10 mins walk away for any essentials but breakfast was plentiful and well presented. We will stay again when next in the area

Really great place to stay - I booked last minute and loved the cute decor, the location, staff were so friendly and the reception / lounge area was lovely to hang out in with friends

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in terms of customer service. We stayed there as a family in June 2015 with small kids. We were amazed by the warm welcome ( complimentary drinks & food, tram tickets etc) and hotel staff made our stay a perfect one. Our room was quite spacious, we had 2 rooms with a bathroom and a balcony. It was very clean, even in my standards( I am very picky on the topic :-). Hotel is very well located as well, very close to the old city and the zoo (perfect for...

When were we there: August 2019 for the jazz festival Overall: Great venue, with very characteristic accommodation, a great selection of elements in the hotel to experience and explore - two restaurants, bar, theatre, and a cellar with archaeological interest. The hotel even offers an audio guide to explore it. Rooms: Rooms are split across two buildings, depending on whether you go for "style" or "art" rooms - we were swapped to an art room, which was really impressive to experience,...

The hotel has been just renovated, and the room are in excellent condition. Good customer service and the food at the restaurant is really good too.
