"We booked this hotel to USE the pool and HOT? TUB . While there were some issues on a prior visit-they were resolved. So we chose this hotel again. Our primary reason for booking this was the hot tub and pool. The pool was green and very cold think mountain stream in winter. The hot tub was tepid and green and generally dirty. Are they waiting for Shrek to visit?? A shame for such a lovely place well designed and nice tile.

"Extremely outdated, dirty and poorly maintaned.
Gym non-existant, barely any soap or shampoo, 2 towls only for 2 people, dirty floors and peeling paint.
No coffeee in the room.
Staff were nice, but I will never stay there again!"
