The staff was very nice. But the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the room was very hot. The ac unit had the knobs taken off so you could not change the temperature and the wall control did not work. Our room was hot the entire 2 days we were there.

Comforter was yellowing at the edges like it hadn't been washed in a year. Bath tub has peeling paint and stains in it. Breakfast was okay except that many of the things had run out and not been replaced. Renovations were happening in the breakfast area as we ate.

The workers there were constantly busy…like busy little bees buzzing around! It was so refreshing to see hard workers at a hotel! I travel a lot and didn’t see one worker with their face shoved in their phone!

Lighting in the room was TOOdim. Coukd barely see ti get ready. 1 bar of soap for sink and shower. Trim in tge barhroom was not done well. Caulk was used more than wood in places. Room was close ti Kings Island which is why we were there.
