"La Troje de Adobe about a 2 block walk from the center of town and that makes it quieter than the downtown hotels esp at night. The owner, Memo, who speaks good English, is a great host who will help you in every way that he can and can arrange local tours. The only slight downside are his rather unique stairs, which were hard on us seniors. "

"The only heat in the room was from a bottle of propane that was inside, and we were told that we had to leave the window open or we would get carbon monoxide poisoning if we didn’t. We were very cold and didn’t want to die. So we changed hotels.
