"The property was beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed in the family suite. It was huge and had more than enough space for us. It was myself, my husband, our 22-year-old daughter, and our 19-year-old son. We ate at the restaurant our first night there. The dinner menu is limited. They only serve one 3-course meal. "Lovely, clean & comfortable stay. Lovely staff & breakfast"

"Atmospheric Chateau but in need of a little upgrading. Staff were great and very helpful. Grounds were excellent to walk round. Breakfast was quite reasonable but dinner was poor value. Definitely plan on eating out. Rooms were huge but our bathroom had only a bath with no shower which given how big it was seemed a little strange. The Chateau is dog friendly which we appreciate and overall we enjoyed our stay "

The only thing that was a bit problematic was that the room door lock system was getting old, so I could not easily lock or unlock the door and ask for the receptionist's help.
