"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price...

"I'd like to have access to a toaster in the room, no microwave. when I asked the staff to warm up my pizza in the breakfast area, I was told no. It's a bummer when simple units aren't provided (like a water kettle to warm water, toaster or mini conventional oven to warm up left overs will be a great addition). this could be provided individually per room, or provided at the breakfast area for everyone to use as complimentary use."
