"Great experience, easily walkable (3 minutes) from train station (Roma termini) and this train station also takes you to the airport. Metro station in same station and the staff was really helpful recommending where to go for visiting different areas of Rome. Our shower drain was clogged and that same day someone came to fix it. Breakfast was good as well and they kept our bags after checkout so we could explore Rome one last time before leaving."
