"Very friendly and helpfull staff that speak all necessary languages for a hotel. Half pension really recommended because of the good dinners. Pool area is also good for Italian standards. Apartment however is terribly outdated. Everything seems at least 20-25 years old if not older. Beds are thin and not comfortable. Bathroom is from the 1970s. Kitchen is hidden by a cupboard. "Personale eccezionale, pulizia ok, piscina da controllare solo se l' acqua è effettivamente calda e non tiepida, sauna, idromassaggio, bagno turco tutto bellissimo davvero. Pure la cena e la colazione tutto squisito: porzioni abbondanti e sopratutto per i bambini che magari mangiano di meno c'era cotoletta, patatine fritte, pasta di tutti colori e pure le crepes alla nutella. Veramente tutto spettacolare. Ottimo per famiglie che magari hanno anche animali."

"I can not tell since I was relocatted to another far lower quality property. The owner did not explained why. The person in charge for the property I was relocatted was Nice and friendly and helpfull, but in the end, despiste being relocatted to an inferior property, I was overcharged 6 Euros. This I can not tolerate. "
