"The staff were excellent and super helpful/attentive. They help carry your stuff to your room when you first get in, and will always ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. The room was generally clean, but because of the humidity, it can sometimes smell damp if the AC hasn’t been on for a while. Also, beware in my room and my friend’s room, there was some mould on the shower grout (it’s all tiled). Additionally, (mine was fine) but my friend’s mini fridge in her room was not...

"The house is beautiful and if you like architecture you will love it. Also, we had the opportunity to see the other rooms that were not occupied at that time so it was a nice free tour. The reason I give 4/5 stars is the fact that the entrance got flooded and we had to walk through stagnant water after a night out. Normally if you take a taxi, they can bring you in and avoid this if there is a storm but we didnt know. In any case, this can be improved by the management."

"We arrived after checkin time but the room was still not ready. The person on the desk took a mop and bucket in himself. Left some clothes on the floor in the bathroom while showering and they got dusty from the dirty floor. The bedroom floor had been mopped but was still gritty to walk on. Left some clean clothes on the desk to wear while flying home the next day. In the morning they were soaked through from the ceiling leaking water. We told someone but he didn’t seem to care. No idea about...

"One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was because the Expedia listing clearly advertised that the property had an outdoor swimming pool. I was travelling with my wife and young son, and the swimming pool was an important part of our decision to book this hotel. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the hotel does not have a swimming pool at all. I was informed that they do not currently have one and apparently have never had one. This means the information advertised on Expedia...
