"Great location in the heart of downtown, close to shopping and restaurants! The staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I especially loved the weekend music and wine nights—they made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and perhaps try the penthouse next time!"

"The hotel is showing its age. The shuttle was nice from and to the airport. Check-in was quick but trying to call the front desk required listening to the rings until someone answered. There are a lot of rooms that are “papered up” and the plaster and paint is wearing. The floors are cold linoleum. Parts of the shower drain were located in the soap dish."

"Loved the super clean and relaxing room and hotel. The Onsen was great. Breakfast was also good. Comfortable bed. Nice shower!"

"Very, very clean room. Amazing staff. Awesome atmosphere in the lobby."

"The room was okay. The heater/ac smelled rly bad when turned on. An we only had ONE DMALL trash can for the whole room."

"Very nice room! Very nice stay!"

"Very quiet in spite of the busy location. Remodeling going on."

"The hotel was nice enough, but the restaurant was very good. We do have a billing problem, though. The coupons that were given by the airlines were not applied correctly. We were charged on our CC for the room that was supposed to be comped by the airlines."

"Great hotel to stay in the downtown Portland oregon."
