Cortine Hotel Guide - 3 Stars Hotels in Cortine, Barberino Tavarnelle

Hotel Sovestro is a friendly, relaxing place with two swimming pools and an indoor and outdoor breakfast area. Linked to the hotel next door is a lovely restaurant. Our stay was perfect at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The continental breakfast choice is outstanding and the entire hotel is kept very clean and up together. The walk to San Gimignano was a little further than we anticipated but it can be done in a leisurely 30...

Large room. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Would stay here again if returning.

This is a beautiful unspoiled traditional Tuscan hotel, rooted in the culture of the region. The decor of the bedroom and the lovely sitting room is delightful. The staff are courteous and friendly always willing to help. Below the hotel is an excellent restaurant, good food and of course wine to match.

Friendly staff, brilliant location, lovely hotel. Fantastic place.

I was one of a party of four adults who have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing seven day holiday at the Sangallo Park Hotel which is in close proximity to Siena ( less than 10 minutes in a Car). On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception who give us an overview of the hotel and provided us with details of a local restaurant as it was late at night, he even rang the restaurant straight away and booked us a table. Every morning we were greeted by...

We stayed at the Hotel David for four nights. The staff are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff did an invisible but excellent job, leaving our room immaculate every day. Our twin room was spacious, with ample storage space, and a large shower room off a small hallway. The bed was very comfortable. There a wide variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit and freshly made pastries and cakes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the 15-20-minute walk...

Excellently reception, very curteous and relaxing. Amazing position high up on the hill in medieval Siena. Fabulous but quirky room, new & lovely features. Good breakfast, nice shaded terrace, if weather nice could have an al fresco glass. Lots of tours organised as well.

A wonderful holiday - comfortable and lovely furnished rooms in the style of the converted farmhouse A place to chill out and enjoy the garden surroundings away from the city - although Siena is a awesome medieval town.....with a lovely saltwater pool Food good and great breakfast Staff very obliging and nothing too much trouble Rooms very clean Tours can be arranged via reception need to be fairly active if walking the 2 km in and out of Siena A car is advisable to get farther...

Light airy room with great views. Very good, varied breakfast buffet. Decor in public spaces was lovely and interesting with photos of glamorous film stars of the 50s and 60s. Very convenient position. We much appreciated being able to use the terrace, bar and pool of the fabulous Hotel Garden, just a short walk away.

The breakfast is quite good.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities. Comfortable and a great location with parking literally outside the door.

Fab hotel - staff were very helpful as we arrived before the room was ready. There are no lifts but the steps of the staircase were wide enough to not be a problem with luggage and the staff were available to help with dealing with that aspect. Hotel was a lovely boutique historical place and very close to everything in Siena. Small car park next door which was handy. Would absolutely recommend staying there - room was big and well appointed, a good shower and it was very relaxing.

All good. Right in the centre but inside the hotel was quiet. No noise when trying to sleep

The hotel is located 200m outside the city walls (by Porta Romana) to the south of the city. It has facilities for car-parking and is a 10-minute taxi-ride or bus-ride from the railway station (taxis are not allowed to pass through the old city). Externally, the hotel is not particularly impressive - but internally, it is a joy. Beautifully decorated throughout in a classical style, with a conservatory breakfast-room - and a well-planted rear terrace with views across the Tuscan plain. ...

This hotel was wonderful. Very central location (could be too touristy for some). Staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the room was beautiful! Thank you!

What can I say. This was our first time in Siena and my first time in Italy for some 28 years. Jimmy is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. They have great knowledge of Siena and the surrounding area so you can really go and do and eat and drink like a local. The rooms are clean, well appointed and maintained excellently. The breakfast had just enough variation without being overwhelming and is a great start to the day. The location of the hotel...

Was a little disappointed with check-in. Receptionist wasn't particularly welcoming - rather, she gave us the impression we had been interrupting her "rest" as she wasn't even at the reception desk and we had to call to get her to come down to attend to us. The room was amazing and spacious. Bed was so comfortable and all in all the room was a dream. Annoyed that we had to go out in the rain to access our room (it was a superior double room), and amenities were very basic and not too pleasant....

This is really nice, cozy and cool place to stay very close to everything in the city center. Artistic touch is everywhere, nice cool decor, bath in the room, all this makes Soprano Suits very pleasant to stay in. Moreover, they have also very friendly personal, super kind porter Alberto was really helpful with all our needs or answers to cover. i would definitely recommend this place to select as to stay in a comfortable place in the city center of Florence not only for few days but also for...
