"Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. "We stayed 13 days from May 2 to May 14th. The hotel was clean, safe and the breakfast was the best especially the Trellis Local. There was 24 hour security and St Joseph Village is a beautiful neighbourhood. Would like to give a shout out to Tanya Laing, Carmen, Jennifer, Jenni , Sintra and Remmi G. The only glitch was we requested 2 double beds however the room only had one. The security guard who brought us to our room stated we would have to deal with it as house keeping had left for the day....

"I only stay overnight for transit travel. Convenient proximity to airport. Quick and easy check in. Friendly and hospitable receptionist. Clean (especially bathroom) and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend for transit travelers. "
