"First off, I had reservation for check in at 3pm. When checking in I was told my room wasn't ready due to having the some water damage in the room. I prepaid for a 3-night stay because I traveled to Texas for a skincare conference, and when I arrived around 10 PM after a long trip, they refused to let me check in because I did not have a physical credit card for incidentals.
