"The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind."

Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
