"Horrible crack heads everywhere loud noises rodents people come in and out of room, slamming doors heaters was broken and stayed on all night. The knob was broken on it. This lasted for two days and then when we ask, does the room have a microwave with the front staff or anything they told us no it has nothing very rude customer service was trash. I would not advise for anybody to stay here."

"I needed to stay in Union Square area, this is a very good location. The full breakfast options were good, I ordered Chilaquiles, there was a lot, couldn’t finish. I appreciated the Starbucks coffee and bottled water in the room. The building is old but that is no excuse for how filthy it was. My room and the hallways reeked of marijuana, although there was a no smoking policy. The room’s sheets and towels were clean, but I think the filthy elevator and floors and smell just turned me...

"The pool is great. From 3ft to 8ft. There are many restaurants nearby."

"Breakfast was very bad, the room was small, but very comfortable, perfect for just 1 or 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. But in the morning we heard footsteps and noise on the top floor. The reception person is very friendly and helpful."
