"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "Last minute trip to Tramore, hotel was nice enough, the room was cleanish and the bathroom was in need of decoration...paint peeling from the ceilings, couldnt get hot water from the shower, had to run for 15 mins to get it luke warm and the drainage was bad so almost spilled over the shower tray before I got in, some would say the place was quaint and traditional, I would say it was dated and in need of redecoration.
