"The staff was excellent, everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. The property itself could use some work, it is obvious that it was once really nice and a few good weeks of repairs would do wonders. The shelf in the shower is sharp, if someone ever has a medical issue and passes out they could get seriously injured. Really great place, amazing location, incredibly lovely staff and could really be a polished gem with little effort."

This was my second stay at a pod location, previously I stayed at Pod 39 and at both locations my room was ready when I arrived - hours before the official check in time - which after a long day of travel is such a wonderful surprise.
