"Well the first room they attempted to give me was still occupied. The second room was not cleaned yet. Finally we got to check into the third room. The manager compensated us for one night due to our trouble. The ice tray was empty in freezer. The dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher. When we ran the dishwasher it did not clean well. We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times. Only 3 large glasses and 3 large plates in cabinet. "

"This property has just undergone a complete renovation - it is well done, clean, and lovely. "

"The trip was amazing but getting back to the hotel there the elevators were not working because a fire alarm went off and I had to walk to the 6th floor and in the morning I had to do it again. Elevators were still down. Not fun when you have 2 toddlers with you. "
