"Good experience overall, but more of a on-demand venue (eg had to ask almost every day for housekeeping/new towels, etc. because they wouldn’t do it automatically). They also charged a high fee for a shuttle to el nido town. Otherwise the venue is very nice/cute, staff are super friendly and helpful. Good value for the price "

"The breakfast was basic and sometimes odd. There was a cockroach in my room. The property and amenities were very run down and low standard. The bathroom shower had no separation to the toilet and would flood. The only saving grace of this place was the most beautiful view and the very lovely staff who were always pleasant and helpful "

"The staff were polite if far from welcoming.
Our first rooms bathroom had algae and mold growing in the grout between the tiles and there was no working lock on the door.
Our second night on arriving back to our ro ww discovered our room infested with large flying ants that had come through a cieling vent.
We were given a second slightly cleaner room however the bathroom shower was still disgracefully dirty and the shower head did not work added to which there was no hot water as they "had run...

"The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful "
