"Pros are it's a good price for the area, and a nice area, with grest reception staff.
The cleaning was just really bad. The inside of the fridge was gross and needed cleaning badly, the mug was never cleaned the whole time I was there, the toothbrush holder was really dirty, and they have a problem with mosquitoes in the room even with the windows closed. They just need to up their game with the cleaning and then this would be perfect for the price."

"The staff was welcoming but informed us at check in that the breakfast, which was to be included, was going to cost 15 euro more. It was not worth arguing over but it definitely set a tone for the beginning of our Italian vacation in Florence. Luckily our places in Rome and Minori has no such issues. Our room was on the small side but clean and well located. The a/c kept us cool at night and we were within walking distance of all of the major attractions in Florence."
