"The room was "clean," but is quite old & rather dingy. Nice comfy sofa; [not sure how it is as a sofa-bed since I did not open it up, tho all the bedding was there].
The AC never worked properly, tho the heater did. A new TV, tho it is a bit small for the room.
The wall-to-wall rug (not quite what I'd call carpet) had several very old burn spots, rub-outs, and is very thin. But it did not smell bad, but DEFINITELY NEEDS REPLACING.
King bed was very comfy; good pillows, too. All 5!

"Great hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were firm and supportive (something that is rare in hotels these days). Complimentary breakfast buffet was fine and tasty.
Only small issue was that the (loud!) construction workers across the street started work at 7:00 am, but this was not something in the hotel's control."

"Comfortable and quiet stay. We liked the pool and hot tubs. Staff were friendly and courteous. The only negatives were the breakfast and the closed restaurant/lounge.
Breakfast offers less than any budget hotel, whichi is contrary to the description on Expedia. Otherwise, we were quite pleased."
