"My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know. "

When we arrived, there were serious issues with our reservation and the hotel tried to make us book again at a higher price, claiming our reservation had been canceled. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and inconvenience for our group. The situation was poorly handled and the service was not helpful in resolving the problem. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"DONT STAY HERE!!! The room was tweeible, ive stayed in 50$ CAD motel rooms that were far better than this. After checking in, we immediately decided to check out and go somewhere else, AND THEY WOULDNT REIMBURSE US! We argued with the front staff for an hour before leaving, and am still be trying to get my money back!!! Not sure how these rooms / conditions are acceptable, especially being right off of the most touristy area of all of brasil"
