"Underwhelmed. Pictures on web nicer than actual. Smelling cigarettes from employee areas permeated entrance. Horrible service for dinner-ended up leaving site to go out to eat for lack of service. Rooms clean but old. Not inviting place to stay beds needed replacing. Not worth money spent."

"We had a reserved and paid for room. It was given away and we were given a room with different bed sizes for 3 adults when we specially searched for a king with a hide a bed as we sleep on a king now. The queen beds were in poor condition, the lamp shade was broken and the couch had holes in it. The manager email was on the front desk so I wrote to them with no response. If a room is promised through expedia, it should not be given away. PHX was packed that weekend and hotel prices were...

"I have no real complaints about this property. My bed was comfortable. The room was definitely clean. My balcony was outdated in the seats were dirty so I didn’t sit on them. My balcony door handle from the inside was broken and kept coming off if I tried to go in and out of the balcony door, my door to the entrance of the room was difficult to get into when I put my car to the reader. It was also difficult to close once I got in I closed it one time thinking that it was shut just to find out...
