"We booked and prepaid for a “Deluxe King size room”. We were given a room with a double bed.
In addition, I called the hotel twice the day we were to arrive and did not get an answer. I also sent a text to ask about an airport shuttle service. We finally assumed there wasn’t a shuttle service."

"We had to move 3 times because the ACs were not working peoperly. The van only runs on the hour and only if you call we had to wait an hour on pick up because the driver decided to get gas first. The Van is old and filthy and the pick up driver didn't help with the luggage, they only begin to run at 7am but that is actually when the driver is suppoed to clock on, he was 10 minutes late. And the ride to the airport is a minimum 20 minutes with no traffic, we will not stay here again. Their was a...

"I have stayed at this property plenty of times I was a little disappointed my room wasn’t ready I didn’t really get into my room until a little after 4 which is a problem since check in is at 3. The tv on the wall in the room was crooked so that was weird watching tv. They don’t have social hour anymore which was fun in the evening on the weekends a couple of free drinks and snacks and mengal with other guests. A lot has changed there I hope they can bring that back"
