"The Heartland is being renovated so from the outside it looks a little worn but the room was amazing with beautiful views across the lake . The room was spacious and heating was spot on. Would definitely stay here again"

"Note this apartment is self serve. There is no reception and communication with the hotel is poor. The owner/manager is quite rude and short in communication making any request for information difficult, including threatening to clamp our car tires and questioning our capability to read when we were unable to locate basic information on the property, which should be in the hotel compendium. The heater was patchy and there is no laundry on site. We asked for late check out, which was ignored....

"Great location once you get used to walking up the hill. Spotlessly clean throughout and very helpful staff when I had car problems. Only drawback is the acoustic separation is very bad. You can hear the shower three rooms away and any phone conversations in neighboring rooms. Still not bad for the price."
