"Prime location. Reasonable cost. Personable, helpful staff. I learned that this was one of the relatively older hotels in Springdale. The room was dark, cramped and outdated. Complimentary breakfast grab and go, and free juices were greatly appreciated. I am a solo traveler. The two double beds would have been more appropriate for a family looking to economize. Even so, I was fortunate to find this room during busy spring break week."

"Our double queen room was great for our stay, but the hotel could provide more in the way of amenities and outdoor cleanliness. The pool was filled, but not usable due to the "season," yet it was spring break and in the high 80s and 90s when we stayed. There were small pieces of trash left around the property during our entire stay. The rooms are simple, but tasteful. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The bathrooms have been updated. "Air conditioner did not work, bed was not comfortable at all and creaked every time a person moved, and obviously there was a leak in the bathroom toilet which left the grout between the tile crumbled and u could see thru to underlayment. When stepping on the bathroom floor it was very unsturdy and felt like the tile was going to break at any time. They need ti fix this!!!!"

"Our room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was attentive to cleanliness daily. Our room view was great. They were great about us checking in late due to a late flight. We were able to get in our room easily and had a great stay! One thing that I believe was not clearly explained was that we would be charged 10$ a day for parking. "
