"We had such a lovely stay at this hotel in the Dolomites. Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning. It’s a cute, cosy hotel, very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was good each morning, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. My partner and I had the best trip in Dolomites. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Fantastic hotel. Only issue was construction outside the property for the Olympics which they can’t help. Food was great, staff was great, our room was spacious and very clean. Would love to stay again in winter"

"The staff were really friendly, we received an free upgrade, the room was bigger and the view was lovely! Breakfast was good! We noticed tour groups stayed there so be wary when going for breakfast! Internet was good and we were able to leave our luggage there! "

"Staff were super helpful on arrival. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great location opposite the station but within easy walking distance of the town square and the cable car. Good size room, although we had booked for our son too, who didn’t come in the end, so it was probably bigger than others. "

"every thing was very close by and convenient. although we had a car there is a option for buses just right infront of the hotel. hotel rooms were very clean and with amazing views. staffs were friendly. breakfast was good. thankyou . highly recommend "

"Una estancia increíble. La propiedad es en realidad un castillo y tiene mil antigüedades. Se come delicioso, en especial el maiale, es de otro nivel. Michela lo máximo, ayudó mucho en todo lo que necesitaba y me explicó todo para que no me confundiera en nada. En general, todo el personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo. "The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"Personalmente ho dormito solo una notte come tappa per lago di Braies ma sono rimasta molto colpita dalle condizioni della struttura, il personale e i servizi. He ho dato il massimo. Prima colazione ottima con produzione di marmellate fresche!!! Super "
