"My problem was we ordered a suite and the one they gave me people with animals used..I could smell dog on the couch. They said they could put me in a double queen but could not get money back for the cheaper room because I ordered thru Expedia. "

"Our second stay in 9 months. We stay here to catch a plane early the next morning. Both if our stays our tooms were not ready. We paid the bill, was charged $20.00 for incidentals, which we never buy anything there. First trip, was given a room that supposed to be ready. Nope, opened the door and 2 people were in bed! Not good, man got a little huffy. 2nd trip, got room key and opened the door and the had not been cleaned at all! Not good again for what u charge. Ur staff were excellent in correcting the issues and very professional! Will try again! Hotel is centrally located and close to airport "
