"The booking made through expedia was not honoured by the hotel. I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it. It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels. "

"Hotel denied booking I made on hotels.com and charged me for the stay. No AC controls, No hot water, No intercom. Linen and towel are not clean. But at night 9.30 PM I did not have an option to look for other options."
