"The hotel was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was the check-in. The clerk was extremely slow getting us checked in. He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. We were finally able to get checked in after 20+ minutes [and yes, we were the only ones checking in]."

"Coffee maker didn’t work. Friend found chicken nugget and streamers under the dresser. Latch on door not attached, room 1033. Lobby was beautiful. Shower difficult to use. Hard to adjust."

"Our stay was easy to navigate with no interruptions. Our hallway was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very hot day but there was no need to fiddle with the AC because our room was already very cool."

"The room was extremely large and very quiet. Bathroom was nice and clean.
Issues? Yes, two chicken McNuggets were left on the floor just under the bed but VERY easily seen. Yes, you read this right.
The couch had a nice stain on the side towards the window, and it looked very fresh. Not a problem for the night since I did not use the couch.
With the two McNuggets that were left for me and the stained couch, I don't think the room was a clean as it may have appeared."
