"This was the second time I stayed in the hotel, so I largely knew what to expect. The last time I’d stayed was pre-COVID. However, this time the room was musty with visible black mold on the bathroom walls and poor ventilation. It was also not as clean. The employees, cafe and van drivers were very nice. Sadly, while I enjoyed my trip the mold triggered my allergies and I was sticking the two following days."

"This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The entrance had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room was completely unacceptable. The pillowcases and bed sheets were dirty with visible stains. The chair in the room was filthy, and the bathroom sink had stains and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The conditions were so unsanitary that I didn't feel comfortable...

"We did like the facility, The only problem we had was when we got to our room it was not cleaned properly, and the bed was stained and very nasty. I do have to say when we mentioned it they did take care of it. I just feel that the money we paid, we should have been compensated for something, but was never mentioned. I’m not saying this happens all the time but when something like that happens compensation should be given. We still recommend this facility."

"Check-in was really good person at the desk was very helpful parking Next Door was very convenient. People say it was expensive but $40 for 24 hours of city Park and is pretty reasonable to me and it was right next-door. My room was on the fifth floor, the elevator only went to the fourth and it was the first elevator of Ben in where the doors were manual. It was a dual closed door and you had to open both doors and closed both doors manually and there was only enough room for like three people....
