"The overall stay wasn’t a good one. The property was filthy. Carpet was dirty. The elevator had trash in it. The walls and floors to our room were dirty. I mentioned and nothing happened. The housekeepers just had the carts on the floors and sitting while they were chatting and eating the breakfast food. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially, holding the name Hyatt my expectations were ruined. "

"Honestly I didn’t like it and i wouldn’t stay there again. I can see why other people might but there is no parking, they charge 55 for valet but if you call front desk they assure you it was 35… so I don’t know who’s stealing. Plus if you have bags you’re lottery going to have to walk to the entrance because due to train rails you can’t get to the front which is not advertised on the description. Overall, thank god it was only one night "

"Overall, the hotel is pretty good. My check-in was very efficient and quick. My room was spacious and very clean. However, the shower is very small. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for 3 nights, but there were a couple of problems. On one morning, my wife and I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. During my last 2 nights, the fire alarms continuously sounded on several occasions very early in the morning. To say it was very frustrating is an understatement. Other than the cold...

"Our room was clean, but a lot of furniture was torn up. The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there and the indoor swimming pool was freezing and we did not have hot water last night. We had to wait till the morning to take a shower after swimming, which was gross."
