"Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain areas. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and all the common areas were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained.
What stood out most was how much thought had clearly gone into guest comfort. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and designed to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. We genuinely felt well looked after during our stay.

"The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. "The property is a few steps away from the train and bus station so this makes it very convenient for moving about.
The breakfast is really good with lots of options.
If you’re travelling on a budget, you can get food from Coop and the breakfast room can be used to warm or have your meal (especially convenient when travelling in groups because the rooms are not very large). They even provide cutlery/ plates and cups."
