They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per...

"Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent.
Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature.
Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines.

"The stay was worse than terrible. We would have left immediately but finding a new place during Maha Kumbh was tough, we left after one night. Tent was built on sewage and garbage. The management and owner were extremely disrespectful. We have been asking for a refund for two months now, hotels.com is protecting this unethical place. Nothing was as advertised!
The owner lacked basic etiquette on top of unhygienic conditions which the place was setup in. Unclean and thus full of mosquitoes,...
