"My room was not cleaned. I asked at 3:36pm for my room to get cleaned and they stated that it would be clean before 10:30pm. I find that weird. "Our bed was very uncomfortable, we realized the mattress was UPSIDE DOWN! Desk clerk was not very helpful, we had the housekeeper look at it and she agreed . The mattress was fixed but the bed was still not very comfortable. The breakfast was late , the food was cold. The hotel was very clean and updated , location was good for our purposes."

"This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe."
